Vanderbilt Bowl Eligible For First Time Since 2018

Vanderbilt broke a 7-7 halftime tie against Auburn, scoring 10 points in the second half and blanking the Tigers to win 17-7. The win moved the Commodores to 6-3 on the season, making them bowl eligible for the first time since 2018. This was also Vanderbilt’s first-ever win at Auburn. The Commodores return to the US LBM Coaches Poll at No. 25.
Oregon still sits No. 1 after a dominant 38-17 win over Michigan, while Georgia remains No. 2 after taking control of their game against Florida late in the second half, 34-20. Ohio State, Miami (Fla.) and Texas round out the top 5.
