Dayton Running Back Coach Mark Ewald shares the 5 Points of Pressure for ball security that set up the rest of his drills for running back success, including tips from a horse trainer that will allow running backs to “finish with furry.”
5 Points of Pressure
1. (Eagle) Claw – three fingers on one side, two on the other
2. Forearm
3. Bicep
4. High on the chest
5. Head – “It’s a decision, it’s a choice, it’s in your mind…”
