In this episode, Coach Steele shares his adjustments in his first few years of coaching, his unique way of repeating success, and his experience in AFCA 30 under 30 Program. Coach Steele has led T.F. Riggs to six consecutive South Dakota State Championships and was a 2016 AFCA 30 under 30 class member.
