[D3 Poll] Mary Hardin-Baylor Closes Out Regular Season Play On Top Of The Division III Coaches’ Poll

No. 1 Mary Hardin-Baylor’s (Tex.) 77-14 win over Sul Ross St. (Tex.) seals the Crusaders’ top spot in the final regular season AFCA Division III Coaches’ Top 25 Poll in 2019. The Crusaders finish regular season play with a perfect record of 10-0 and look to further their win streak in the first round of the Division III playoffs as they host No. 22 Redlands (Calif.) in one of five Top 25 matchups this coming weekend. Following behind at No. 2 is Mount Union (Ohio) with 15 first place votes. The Purple Raiders, who also finished with a 10-0 mark, take on the Hanover (Ind.) Panthers in the first round of the playoffs.

Brockport (N.Y.) drops out of this week’s Top 25, allowing No. 21 Wisconsin-Oshkosh into the poll. The four other Top 25 matchups in the first round include No. 9 Delaware Valley (Pa.) traveling to No. 20 Bridgewater (Va.), No. 13 Chapman (Calif.) hosting No. 15 Linfield (Ore.), No. 14 Union (N.Y.) hosting No. 25 Case Western Reserve (Ohio) and No. 21 Wisconsin-Oshkosh traveling to No. 23 Central (Iowa).
