[D3 Poll] John Carroll Secures Postseason Play With Top 25 Win

No. 8 John Carroll (Ohio) defeated then-No. 21 Baldwin Wallace (Ohio), 45-35, to secure second place in the Ohio Athletic Conference and a berth into the 2018 NCAA Division III Football Championship. The Blue Streaks will host Randolph-Macon (Va.) this weekend in the first round of NCAA tournament. With the loss, Baldwin Wallace’s season comes to a close, finishing at No. 25 in the AFCA Division III Coaches’ Top 25 Poll.

The Top 5 remains the same across the board with No. 1 Mount Union (Ohio) leading the way, followed by Mary Hardin-Baylor (Tex.), Brockport (N.Y.), Wisconsin-Whitewater and St. John’s (Minn.), respectively.
