AFCA Coaches Trophy Presented by US LBM Awarded to Ohio State

AFCA executive director Craig Bohl presented Ohio State head coach Ryan Day with the AFCA Coaches Trophy, presented by US LBM, at an on-campus celebration in Columbus on Sunday. Over 30,000 fans were on-hand to see the 2024 national champions receive several national championship trophies.
The AFCA Coaches Trophy has been awarded to the No. 1 team in the final Coaches Poll each season since 1986. This is the third time Ohio State has been awarded the Coaches Trophy, and fifth overall since the AFCA Coaches Poll began in 1950. US LBM has been the presenting sponsor of the Coaches Trophy and Coaches Top 25 poll since 2023. US LBM is the largest privately owned, full-line distributor of specialty building materials in the United States.
