Kansas State Rolls Past Arizona

In a battle of top 20 teams, Arizona took an early 7-0 lead against Kansas State, but the Wildcat defense pitched a shutout the rest of the way. Behind Avery Johnson’s 266 yards of total offense, Kansas State won going away, 31-7. The Wildcats moved up one to No. 14 in this week’s US LBM Coaches Poll, while Arizona dropped out from their No. 18 spot last week.
Georgia still sits No. 1, but Texas moved to the second spot after their 56-7 win over UTSA. Ohio State was idle and dropped to No. 3, followed by Alabama and Ole Miss. Texas A&M and UNLV are newcomers this week at No. 24 and No. 25, respectively.
